Capillary cloning

A small sample of hairy follicles of the tissue for the transplant of hair is taken by the patient during a simple operation made under local anesthetic to the private hospital. The tissue is sent to the industrial installation of Intercytex, a company based in Manchester in the United Kingdom, where the cells of the inductive dermic papillae of hair are separated from the follicle. These cells are cultivated and spread in proprietary media for more than eight weeks and afterward returned to the private hospital in a sterile suspension.

By using a specialized system of delivery, the cells of the inductive dermic papillae of hair are micro-injected in the scalp of the patient. The treatment is executed under local anesthetic and includes a procedure of superficial injections, every injection delivering a tiny volume of media containing cells of dermic papillae capable of inciting the new growth of hair. After the procedure, the new growth of hair should become evident after approximately three months.
